MyFlow: Adding device leads into account log-off

want to add a new device to myflow. Instead of showing an input field to enter the code, I get logged off and only show the login dialog.
After logging in, I've no longer been prompted to enter the code.

steps to reproduce:

On PC/MAC

1. Go to myflow
2. Reveal the QR Code

On mobile device
3. Open Flow
4. In the menu, choose "connect device"
5. click connect
6. Scan the QR Code
7. Shows an authorization code

On PC/MAC
8. I get logged off or I get redirected to the profile edit page. But not prompted for the authorization code.
