I'm trying to log in to the opera account and since you guys are automatically logged me off, and now that I'm having a hard time to log-in since my pc device and it is the only place where I logged-in and it needs my 2-Factor Authentication. Please help me here.

@jobpeliasxcile If you no longer have access to the authenticator app or the backup codes, then you lost access to your account as said.

I'm also have that problem. and i have the authenticator app and i put that security code in after i run the QR mode that is on my phone, After that it sends me the security code. i put it in and says its not correct!! and that's before it expires!!

@leocg I scanned with the QR code, then i downloaded the google authenticator app on my phone. it will send the link to my phone i copy that to the Google Authenticator and it will send me a security code, i typed it in before it expires and it says it's the wrong code. What are we missing??

@larsondir82 What QR code? You scan it when you are activating 2nd factor authentication, after that you just open the authenticator app, check the code and use it.

@larsondir82 First you choose the authenticator app you want to use. After have installed it, you use that authenticator app to read the QR code provided by Opera's account page and use the generated code to confirm the activation of 2nd factor authentication.

@leocg Hi Leo, I think i figured it out. and sorry for the double post. I though it my first reply didn't go through so i re- typed it. when it comes to all this, it can be a little confusing!! But anyways, Thanks for the reply!!
