OperaGX Plays double audio when watching youtube

Built my pc roughly about a month ago and at some point OperaGX began to play the youtube video that I was watching with a duplicated audio. It is quite annoying to listen to because they're slightly delayed between another and the only temporary fix I've found so far is to refresh the page each time I watch a youtube video.
A couple of days ago I opened up my pc to install my vertical gpu mount and at some point I accidentally disconnected one of the sticks of ram. I'm also using a kit of G.Skill Flare X5 2x16 6000 DDR5 ram if that information means anything, but buy in large I did not actually notice that I was using 1 stick. However I noticed that the audio bug had subsided. When I checked the AMD software yesterday that was when I noticed I was running on a single stick and ended up opening my pc and reseated the second stick, and surprise surprise, the audio bug is back. I want to find a permanent solution to this issue because it is starting to touch a nerve.
