I need to clear browser cache and cookies of singles websites, not to all of the websites. Could I do it now?

@octaviobh opera://settings/content/all lists cookies and site data for everything, and you can filter by time. It's under settings, privacy and security section -> "cookies and other site data". Then you can delete them one by one.

Also note that while you're on a site, you can hit ctrl + shift + i to open the developer tools. Then, you can goto the "Application" tab and select "Storage" in the left pane. Then, in the right pane, you'll see a clear button and various checkboxes for what to clear.
