Opera UAC popup 105.0.4970.21

Hi,
since version 105.0.4970.21, the Opera, when opening links from other apps (Slack, Outlook, ...) forces User Access Control (Windows 11 with latest updates) pop-up asking "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?" and it does this twice. When Yes is selected, then it will open the link twice as well.
Is that a bug or is there a fix for that?
Thanks!

Update: I've tried to start Opera "As Administrator" once. The UAC window pop-up showed as well. Then I closed Opera and opened as a "user" and it all works now.
Looks like it needs to make some specific changes to the OS else it keeps being annoying about it.
Can someone confirm, explain or ideally fix that in future builds?

I have the same issue with WIN 10 all updates and Opera version 105.0.4970.34. I've tried to run as admibnistrator and as User but anything that has a link that is HTTPS will trigger the UAC pop-up twice.
