Offset scrollbar on startpage

On the new tab page (
opera://startpage), there is a strange scrollbar offset. I am in Ubuntu 23.10, using Opera 105 stables. Just a minor style glitch.

In the image, I am scrolled up as far as I can. Here is a higher contrast version:
This is because the weather widget stays at the top, but in my experience it would be better if it could scroll out of view. See:
@leocg I am sorry that I have reported so many bugs lately, I am sure you are busy, but I consider style important.
