Squares/rectangles replacing certain digits/icons (w/ image)

Icons, digits and other stuff are appearing in almost all my sites and stuff. Even on official Opera sites.
It bothers me a lot, and sometimes I simply can't know what I'm clicking on.
It's been like this for 4~5 months now.
