Extension that modifies the home page

Hello guys, a question, is there a way to create an extension to be able to modify the home page of Opera, I was investigating but what I found is that I must replace the entire page or rather redirect when opening a new page.

@camiloitt Opera doesn't allow changing start page/speed dial nor new tab page.
