Instant crash when open browser on Virtualbox w hardware accelerated graphics on.

As the title says - browser crashes immediately when I try to open it on any virtual box virtual machine (running windows 10 but dont' think OS is relevant since any full 3d will automatically crash any OS virtual box VM.)
It would seem that the whole browser now launches as a fully 3d thing and thus will instantly crash on any OS on any Virtualbox (and possibly VMware also) VM.
Does anyone have a fix for this other than obviously turning off hardware acceleration completely? (Which is absolutely awful for performance.)
I'm about to just port every single Opera I have over to Brave and stop using it on my Vms entirely.

Regular Opera (Opera One) or Opera GX or both?
Do you have the guest additions for the Windows 10 virtual machine installed and do you have 3D acceleration turned on in Virtualbox's settings for that virtual machine?

Yes, first thing I set up is all the integrations (additions). Also yes, hardware acceleration is on for the virtual machine itself.
It's important to note that all other browsers run fine, only opera has the issue. Opera did not have an issue until version 103. Since 103 I have to either turn off acceleration for the whole machine, or disable acceleration in Opera in order to launch the browser at all.
Fully 3d enabled sites will crash browsers in virtualbox, the vast majority of sites are not an issue. Opera has I can only guess, made it so that the browser itself now launches as fully 3d and thus instantly crashes. I tried turning off acceleration for the whole machine so I could launch the browser again and turned off like every option and it still would crash as soon as I turn acceleration back on. I have no idea why exactly it does it or if anything can be done. I also reached out to support weeks ago and heard nothing back.

Just for good measure, what specific version of Virtualbox are you using and what version of Windows are you running Virtualbox on?
