Opera GX is not using my GPU to render videos and stuff.

Issue: Opera GX keeps utilizing CPU even with hardware acceleration enabled and does not use the dedicated Nvidia GPU
Operating System: Windows 11 64-bit
Tried Fixes: Set Nvidia as default processor for opera.exe in the Nvidia control panel... Set opera.exe to "High Performance" in windows graphic settings... Disabled battery saver
Built-in Adblocker Status: ON
Built-in VPN Status: OFF
GX Limiter Statuses: All OFF
Additional Information (if any): When checked in the task manager... Only the CPU seems to be in use and GPU usage is 0%.... Hardware acceleration is enabled.

My CPU is rather slow than my GPU so please suggest fixes
