Bookmarks and speed dial not syncing

So I had to reset Windows and, as such, I also had to reinstall Opera. But even after I've logged in on the browser, the bookmarks aren't showing up in the bookmark bar and, as you can see in the picture below, it seems as though I haven't got any bookmarks to be synchronized at all! Same for the speed dial icons.

I've tried uninstalling Opera and reinstalling multiple times. Also logged out and in more than once. But the problem persists.

I've got tons of important bookmarks and now they're all gone! What should I do?
