Absolutely everything I click on, opera is opening in a new tab, it's exhausting and I don't know how to disable it. I didn't change anything. He updated and this happened.

Can't confirm in Opera 104.0.4944.36 64-bit on Windows 11 22H2.
Does the issue happen in a private window too?
