Tab Snoozing will not disable

Every time I leave a tab inactive for too long, Opera will snooze the tab. When I see the popup informing me as such, I click the disable tab snoozing button. In settings, tab snoozing is disabled and shows as such even when I open it now. I can't find the version I'm running exactly.
