black background behind the discriptions

I have a little problem with the background behind the descriptions and I don't know what to do about it
On one of my two accounts I have such black backgrounds, but on the other there is no problem
All add-ons have been disabled and the error still does not disappear, cookies have been cleared and nothing helped
Does anyone know anything about this? this kind of thing started showing up recently
