Unwanted redirect

I started to use Opera for Android today. I use Google as my default search engine.
I looked for „rebuy“, a German platform for refurbished products.
I saw proposals in my adressbar. One offered me the link to Rebuy‘s website. But when I clicked on it, I didn‘t land there directly. But I was redirected first to two targeting ad-websites, after I finally came to be on the website itself.
Is this happening from Google‘s site? Or is this something that Opera has included?
I haven‘t noticed the same behaviour on my Apple devices when using Opera. And it only happened with this particular site. It looks like an intended redirect by Opera to gain some more income. But I don‘t like it that much. If so, I‘d better use Chrome, wouldn’t I?
