No longer able to export passwords

I'm running Windows 11 Pro 22631.2506 and Opera 104.0.4994.36 and am trying to migrate Opera to another PC. I have done this before by exporting the profile and passwords, but when I try to do the latter now, on the Password Manager screen, there are no three dots nor is there the text Saved Passwords; instead, there is a list of websites and an Add button. When I click Learn more link, it shows a screen with the Saved Passwords and the three-dots icon. the So, without the 3-dots, what do we now select to export passwords?

The new directions are to goto the URL opera://password-manager/settings and click "Download file".
