GUI Toggle / Button for turning On/Off the Internal Proxy settings of Opera

To implement this, Opera needs to first have this other feature asked here: https://forums.opera.com/topic/67483/windows-independent-proxy-settings-like-old-opera-until-v12-and-firefox i.e., first, Opera needs to have internal proxy settings, like its ancient versions (up to v12) or like Firefox. If internal proxy settings gotten implemented in Opera, then I would love to have this power-user feature:

Old Opera (until v 12) used to have this GUI toggle button that allowed the user to simply turn the Opera's internal proxy On or Off. It was very very handy.

Please implement a GUI button that rests somewhere on the GUI (with direct access to it, with a simple click) that allows the user to toggle between these modes of internal proxy:

Proxy ON - System proxy: use whatever VPN or proxy Windows is using as the proxy.
Proxy ON - Custom proxy: use not Windows' proxy settings, but instead, use a second VPN or proxy.
Proxy OFF: directly connect to the net, even if Windows has a running VPN; i.e., bypass Windows' proxy settings.

ps. For the second option (Custom proxy) to work, the user should first set the custom proxy settings in the Settings.

pps. I do know that all Chrome-based browsers can connect directly to the internet and bypass Windows' proxy using the --no-proxy-server command. But in Firefox and old versions of Opera (until v12), this can be done simply by clicking a simple radio button. Besides, in Firefox and old Opera versions, it is possible to turn it on and off while browsing. However, this --no-proxy-server command is not available in the middle of browsing.
