Facebook Messenger Cam/Mic Issue

Hi everyone.
I continuously receive this message upon making a video call via Facebook messenger.
It only started today and has never previously happened in the 5 or 6 years I have been making calls.
I have done the following troubleshooting in attempt to fix the issue but nothing has worked. Very odd that the camera works with other applications but not Opera (or any other browsers as well).
- Restarted the PC
- Updated camera and microphone drivers
- Allowed Facebook and Messenger to access my camera and microphone
- Adjusted settings to allow camera and microphone through Opera's settings
- Unplugged and plugged back in the camera and microphone
- Allowed access to my camera and microphone via Windows
- Checked that the correct camera and microphone are selected
Not sure what else I can do at this point. Can anybody assist please?
