Can only login to opera with incognito

I only can login to opera using incognito, which isn't really helpful considering i need to synchronize my settings, but clicking on synchronization settings open a non incognito window where im not logged in, and the vicious circle continues

@krzysiula Try the following, checking after each step:

• Disable all extensions
• Clean cookies and cache for the page
• Reset flags
• Reset settings
