Is it possible to make "Opera Apps"?

Like the self-contained applications for Chrome, which run on their own.
I didn't find anything in the opera-dev. documentation...If it's not possible yet, does anyone know when/if this chromium-feature makes it into Opera?

Apps like the ones in chrome are useful, cause then you for example can use google drive offline. But at the same time I don't really like apps in browsers, we already have so much of them in our smartphones, and many of them could just as well be normal websites. It's overused. I would rather have something like "offline bookmarks" in opera, like bookmarks but more powerful, or something like that.
