Programs written for IE 11 have problems with buttons and checkboxes.

Developed website using IE 10-11 and all functions work with this browser. Am using Opera and a few buttons and check boxes do not work on app.
Changed settings on Edge to accept IE11 and now Edge works.
Don't like Microsoft - how do I make Opera work?

Test site = https://www.imresponsible.com (imrdemo/password) -> Assessments -> "badwig" client -> review test > Go to Last Page of Test and Question about Contract with check boxes does not work. Couple other check boxes in other app are also issues.
