Restore old "open new private tab" features

Hi. I can't remember which version of opera did have this features.

It's very helping features. Sometimes, we just want to browse new private tab instead of whole private windows and switching each other.

Opera used to have it, but now no more. I think it's been 2 or 3 years since that feature removed

@hantuuu It's been about 10 years that Opera no longer has private tabs.
