RAM & CPU Limiter

So I started from GX and then moved to Opera One, because I liked the sidebar autohide feature which is not in Opera GX, but in Opera One there is no RAM and CPU limiter like in Opera GX, why? The sidebar autohide feature is a very good feature but unfortunately it doesn't exist in Opera GX, and vice versa, the RAM CPU limiter doesn't exist in Opera one

They're considered gamer-specific features for those that like to browse while gaming without interfering with performance of the game as much. They're not something intended for users in general as limiting affects performance.
