100% usage of CPU on a fresh install on macOS 13.6

The browser react very slowly, load content slowly and new opened tabs get 100% CPU usage for something like 30s.

I have uninstalled the browser, removed all files from /Library and Cache but I still encounter this issue.

The problem is with the version 103.
Older version works ok - Opera One (version: 102.0.4880.78) (arm64).
