How to make sidebar apps hover over browser while opened, instead of minimizing them?

Hey all, i'm having sidebar issues. How do i make it so my sidebar apps just hover over my browser?
As you can see in the submitted screenshot any time i open a sidebar app it just crops my browser instead of hovering over it.
After an update this became an issue. It now also forces me to click on the sidebar app icon again to close it, before i could just click anywhere on my browser and it would close the sidebar app.
This is quite inconvenient, especially when working from a PC, please help.
