Audio out of sync with video in Opera browser

This appears to only happen with the Opera browser on my computer and only over the last several weeks.
I first noticed it when watching YouTube videos but it happens with other video feeds through Opera as well.
I have just now downloaded the latest update (Opera One) but the problem persists.
I have checked for a solution online but most Opera browser queries are either very old or were never answered by anyone.
Has anyone actually have a solution or do I dump Opera after many years of use? -
