Profiles aren't showing up in settings!

I'm switching to Opera GX from Chrome and really want to love it, but it's making it difficult for me...
Besides the lack of tab islands, when I create a profile, it doesn't show up in the settings area. The profile is created, and the icon is added to the taskbar, but it has no icon. it says it's missing Opera On The Side.ico
I have reinstalled Opera three times, and it still doesn't work. It works on my laptop but not my computer (BTW, I'm on Windows 11).
Clearly, it's missing a file regarding profiles, but either the installer on Opera's website is buggy, or it just isn't installing correctly on my PC. Either way, does anyone know how I can get this fixed? What file can I migrate over from my laptop to fix it?
Update: I uninstalled Opera Again, this time using Revo Uninstaller to remove absolutely as much as possible. Also used Ccleaner to fix any registry issues and reinstalled Opera again.
I am happy to announce.... all of that did absolutely nothing... still have the same issue. At this point, I'm wondering if the problem really is just the current installer on Opera's Website.

Hello @TheRealSepster
I'm having the same issue. I didn't earlier, but I had to re-install the browser recently. I guess it has to do with a recent update breaking the pipeline that creates new profiles, or something of the sort.
So, you did nothing wrong. I guess this should be fixed soon.
Posting here so devs know this is no completely isolated issue.

I was so hyped to setup different profiles for work, but unfortunately I have found myself with the same issue on Windows 11, crossing fingers to see this fixed soon!
