If you're talking about the icon in Opera's UI used for a folder on the bookmarks bar or in the bookmarks menu, then no. There's no way to change it.

Thanks for your answer, and I was exactly talking about this icon...

I think that we don't see it very well, so that's why I was trying to color it, or change it...
