How do I undo "Never Show This Popup Again" for when I want to import an image

I accidently put "Never Show This Popup Again" for a popup that appears if i want to put import a file, It wasn't a website popup it was a browser popup.

Are you talking about the "Show popup with clipboard and recent downloads when uploading files" option at the URL opera://settings/userInterface?
