VPN Pro - error code

I signed up for VPN but it doesn't work.
when I activate the connection it gives me error code 87.
I have already deleted everything and reinstalled the application
Help me

@fabiolng Same here however I get this error message: (attached below). Im not sure is its my computer or what but im having a hard time tracking it down.

{The user System dialed a connection named OperaVPNService which has failed. The error code returned on failure is 13868.}
