Multiple horizontal scroll bars show up but not on FF or Chrome

Hi,
I've just installed Opera on my computer and to my surprise in one of the dashboards I'm working on on a daily basis I suddenly see multiple horizontal scroll bars that normally don't appear on other browser.

They take up much space and have no real purpose - when I pull one of them, all of them move accordingly.

Have you stumbled upon such issue and do you know if it's even possible to remove it? If I can't remove it I'll have to revert back to Chrome.
