Network issues

I‘ve realized some network issues with my internet connection, lately.
Maybe, it‘s only a coincidence, but they happened to appear after installing Opera on my notebook.
Although there‘s full wi-fi, connection to the internet is disrupted for some short moment, lasting as long as one minute.
I’ve also experienced Opera loading websites not fully, whereas Firefox had no delay.
Interestingly, I had similar issues with Vivaldi more than a year ago, and sometimes with Opera as well.
I‘ve been using the standard DNS-Setting.
The problem is, that it seems to affect the whole traffic, not only Opera‘s. So it‘s hard to guess, if it‘s really an Opera issue, or if Opera suffers from a major problem with my ISP, connecting to internet via TV cable.
Also restarting the internet router didn‘t solve the issue, because it happened again right after it.
So, I‘m switching to Firefox for now to see, if it happens again.
BTW, I‘m on Mac mainly, but it‘s happening on Linux and Win as well.
