[Duplicated]Closing All Tabs Doesn't Close Window

Hi,
Before, I used to be able to close a browser window just by closing all tabs. I like to use multiple windows together, and close all of them, plus the window, by repeatedly pressing Ctrl+W. Unfortunately, in a recent update, this functionality has been removed. I can't find any setting that can enable this.
Does anyone have any idea of enabling this or at the very least know why it was removed?

Same here.
It's especially annoying when trying to drag a tab between windows. Unless you do it in one go, a new empty window remains after the tab is moved
