Videos not displaying properly

This is how some of the videos look like on my Opera GX.
I've tested both normal and incognito mode. I've turned on and off every single ad-blocker, extension and everything in privacy settings.
It stays the same no matter what I'm doing. This particular video is in .webm format.

Of course, when I'm moving onto a different browser, I can see the video without problems.

Youtube is also giving me something like that. Please, what can I do?
