This is how some of the videos look like on my Opera GX.
I've tested both normal and incognito mode. I've turned on and off every single ad-blocker, extension and everything in privacy settings.
It stays the same no matter what I'm doing. This particular video is in .webm format.

Of course, when I'm moving onto a different browser, I can see the video without problems.
