Can't hear voice messages in Whatsapp web

Hi to everyone
I can hear on youtube.com, for instance, but can't while playing voice messages or videos from withing Whatsapp web and don't find anything in setting.
Sound is set to Allow in Privacy&Security for whatsapp.
