How to stop auto refresh on Opera?

In the recent updates I have encountered this problem that Opera refreshes tabs automatically even while I'm using them (writing an email, watching a video etc) and it's so annoying and I can't find anywhere the settings to disable it. It's making me want to switch browser, even though I quite like Opera. Does anyone know the solution to this?

Did you find any solution? I am also facing the same issue.
My teams meeting gets disconnected when it refreshes.

@guhanath Unfortunately not. I have disabled tab snoozing, and it has reduced the times the pages refresh, but it hasn't made the problem go away completely.

Apparently Opera automatically discards inactive tabs, but in my case and yours it's discarding active tabs too. Anyway you can go to opera://discards to see which tabs are discardable and toggle them on or off. With this extension for me none of the tabs are discardable anymore.

there is a tip i use ,just before opening your opera disable your Wi-Fi and then refresh the tap you need and when it refreshing enable you Wi-Fi, with that other taps will not refreshing
