No emails sent after Original Verification email fails

We set up an account for an address that had not fully propagated to our spam filter. The original email failed, but now this has been resolved we have been completely unable to get Opera to send any other email to that address.
Anyone else had the same issue?

Would anyone in Opera Support be able to unblock the address?
I've tried other methods but this seems to be the only way to contact anyone, even B2B.
