Unable to retrieve synched data after 2 full windows installs

I had some unrelated Windows 10 software issues so I did a full clean install. Formatted the C drive. Once I was back to normal after an hour or two of updates, I signed into Opera GX and all my data was synched up, no problem. I must have chose 10 pro and not home so I could not activate windows. Full reinstall and format. Signed in synched data, no bookmarks or anything. I suspect that during the previous attempt after reinstalling windows, maybe the synch had not fully completed before I reinstalled windows. The data was out there, hope it not gone. I doubt it can be recovered.

@yauchenstein Does sync.opera.com says that you have synced data?
