[Duplicated] Can't Resize Opera Window form the Top Border.

In every other Windows app I use, I can drag from the top of the window and resize the height of the app window. But not with Opera, (anymore).

It is quite amazing that you introduce useless stuff like Custom Chess Browser (https://blogs.opera.com/desktop/2023/09/opera-launches-custom-chess-browser/) while brake basic functionality like this.
