Opera GX breaching my laptop without my permission

I was watching a movie when out of the corner of my eye I saw something start downloading on its own. I went to see what it was and it was Opera GX downloading itself without me downloading it myself. Can anyone tell me why Opera GX is downloading itself without my permission and how I can get rid of it and stop the downloading?
And where can i file a complain agains this agains opera gx for breaching my laptop without my consent!

@balkon1885 Like 10 out of 10 softwares, Opera does automatic updates.

Here there are some workarounds to block automatic update.
