Trouble Accessing Bookmarks in Opera Browser

I've been experiencing a bit of a snag with my Opera browser lately. Whenever I try to access my bookmarks, the browser seems to hang for a moment and then eventually crashes. This started happening after the recent update, and I'm not quite sure what's causing it.
I've already tried clearing the cache and cookies, but that didn't seem to do the trick. Has anyone else encountered a similar issue, or is it just me? I rely heavily on my bookmarks for work, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Also, if anyone has any tips on how to possibly fix this, I'd be all ears. Thanks in advance for your help! -
