Volume of Youtube videos randomly snaps to 100% when using Picture-in-picture

I usually have a video open with picture-in-picture and my 2nd monitor while I work or am playing a game, as background noise for the most part, so I usually lower the video's volume by quite a bit.

Recently, I've noticed that at random, the volume snaps to 100%. I've tried to replicate it manually, but it really seems to happen at random. Although I've noticed that it happens more often when playing games.

I have a feeling this isn't a bug pertaining to Opera GX itself, but rather something else going on with my pc or youtube. In any case, If anybody has encountered this same issue, I would really appreciate if you would let me know.

@bigkwii Volume on video pop-out follows YouTube's normalized volume, so check if it's 100%.

This seems to happen when using the pop-up's volume slider. It seems to snap back to a previous volume setting it had for some reason. But I'm not sure. It's hard to troubleshoot this because it really seems to happen at random.

@bigkwii But did you check in Statistics for nerds that normalized volume is 100%?

Like I said, volume on video pop-out follows YouTube's normalized volume.

@bigkwii So that's it, if the normalized volume is at 100%, then the volume in video pop-out will be at 100% too.

If you want to change the volume, you need to do it in actual video tab.

yeah i'm having the same bug, i was with some live open in youtube in picture in picture mode, with the volume at 50%, then i pressed play at a random video on twitter and i lower the youtube to like 10% some seconds later just boom, back to 50%
