Questions about the differences to Opera One

1. Are Opera GX updated just as often as Opera One?
   If not why?

2. I hope that they use the same engine, kernel and is basically the same app.
   Are they?

3. I have a few features I am wondering if it is added but not promoted in either GX or One:
   -- Can features turned on via opera://flags?

• Does GX have Islands for tabs somewhere buried in code?
  -- Can Islands be enabled?

• Does One have some kind of
  -- Ram Limiter
  -- Hot Tabs Killer
  -- Network Limiter?

@sin7 Opera GX doesn't have tabs islands.

@sin7 3 - Some features only exist in Opera GX and others only in Opera One.
