opera fries and gives white screens

It's very slow, the screen goes blank, but the clicks still work and you can touch what's behind it. But you can't see it.
At first it starts up fine and then it slows down, then it launches white screens and sometimes these white screens remain.
if this continues i will have to stop using opera.

@buchi4 there is no problem related to opera need to update window and refresh your pc after starting.
Pc speed may be slow.
