syncing data across devices?

hi i'm using opera gx on a different computer and even though i've signed into everything, its not syncing the things i customized. i even tried redoing it but this browser does not listen when you tell it to do something, because when i tell it to change the background to what i want it to be, it does not do that
can someone help me out?
