hardware acceleration making my screen wobble

I noticed when i watch youtube or youtube tv my videos are stuttering. I looked how to fix it and I was told to turn on hardware acceleration and when i did my pages were wobbly like I was in the ocean. Is there any fixes to either of these issues? The stuttering doesnt happen on chrome.

With hardware acceleration on, you can adjust the Angle flag for your GPU to see if it helps.

If you're using Opera GX instead of regular Opera, make sure you don't have any mods installed at the URL opera://mods or at least turn off the shaders for each mod.
