Delete Data when closing except for Three Sites

On my Opera One browser how do I, when closing, delete all data except from three websites where I want to remain always signed in? Again, I want to delete all cache, cookies, and browsing history, when I close browser except for these three websites.
I don't even know if this can be done. I am on an Apple Imac purchased this year.

@joempa Opera doesn't have such feature, you need to use an extension or a third part software.
