Make sidebar flush with screen edge

Unbelievable that the "modular" design seems to mean that the scrollbar is no longer flush with screen edge? In any other software with a vertical scrollbar moving the mouse to the rightmost edge of the screen allows you to click and drag the scroll. This ill-thought modular design means that you have to be far more precise with your mouse movements. Not only is this extremely frustrating for the average user, resulting in many misclicks, but I would imagine for those with disabilities (e.g. using mouse-ball etc.) this would make the browser much more challenging to use. What an egregious example of form over function...
