Opera One doesn't seem to have option to "ask where to save" a download

I tried to see if this question had already been asked or answered without luck.

I have spent well over an hour trying to find where to specify for Opera One to ask where to save a download. All the other Opera products I've used have included this option.

I went to settings and Downloads, but only was able to find an option to ask before downloading multiple files at once.

Help plese!!

@rjf87113 There weren't no changes on that, the option is still in the same place.
